Duties include working with various builders, providing estimates, bidding on jobs, ordering supplies and materials, scheduling deliveries to job sites, hiring and supervising personnel, and monitoring work progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications and deadlines.
DANCOR CONTRACTING INC. 4/99 - 1/01
Project Manager - Initially worked on three different projects that were in various stages of construction, including two restaurants and a Martinizing dry cleaners. Upon completion of projects, assigned responsibility for managing a club house renovation/addition in New Smyrna Beach. In charge of the entire project, from hiring subcontractors to the final acceptance by owners.
